Pricing & Inclusions Exclusions

All our prices listed are per person twin sharing, unless otherwise specified. 

Prices are based on the local tariff at the time of quoting, converted at the prevailing foreign-exchange rate as determined by Egypt United Tours Services “UTS”.

Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed. 

Unless otherwise specified, prices include any local taxes, but excluding foreign departure taxes, port charges, customs, or international transportation tax. 

Prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers or local guides; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; any items of a personal nature; and any beverages or food not specifically listed under “Inclusions” on the product pages of Egypt United Tours Services “UTS” 

Children Policy:
0 – 01.99 Free of Charge
2 – 5.99 pay 25% of tour price
6 – 11.99 pay 50% of tour price
12+ is considered an adult person

Tour Payment Policy:

All year around we require 50% per person as a tour deposit at the time of your booking and confirmation to hold spaces at hotels and all accommodation.
Trips to Egypt during Christmas, New Year and Easter Periods will require a deposit of 75% at the time of your confirmation.
Deposit Payment should be made by Bank transfer to our company Bank Account, Balance Payment should be made 2 weeks before your tour trip starts.
In case of last minute booking and if The Tour is booked 7 Day before your arrival, we require full payment of the tour amount.

Changes by the Client:

After we receive final confirmation for a tour from clients we will require deposit payment, arrival and departure final dates. Next step we will need to make full payment to hotels, Nile cruises, Flights, Train Tickets etc.. so we can secure spaces for clients. Any changes to be made to theses arrival and departure dates is the full responsibility of clients and any extra payment will be required to change bookings will be carried by clients.

Tour Cancellation Policy:

The Client may cancel the booking at any time by providing a written cancellation request to our company United Tours Services. Cancellation charges will be applied as shown below calculated from the day when written notice is received by our Company. Kindly notice that many air tickets have no refund value whatsoever and, therefore, airlines may impose 100% cancellation charges and the cost of a new ticket. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

All Year except of Xmas, New Year and Easter Periods :

  • If clients cancel more than 35 days before scheduled arrival date to Egypt, a Bank fee of 3% will be charged for each participant to refund your deposit amount.
  • If clients cancel less than 34 to 15 days before scheduled arrival date to Egypt, cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for each participant.
  • If clients cancel less than 14 to 2 days before scheduled arrival date to Egypt, cancellation fee of 75% will be charged for each participant.
  • In case of no show a fee of 100% will be charged for each participant.

“Important Note: Domestic flight tickets may not be able to be amended after they have been confirmed and any alteration or cancellation will incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the flights cost, in addition to the charge below.”

Cancellation for Xmas, New Year and Easter Arrivals:

  • If clients cancel more than 70 days before scheduled arrival date to Egypt, a Bank fee of 3% will be charged for each participant to refund your deposit amount.
  • If clients cancel less than 69 to 30 days before scheduled arrival date to Egypt, cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for each participant.
  • If clients cancel less than 29 to 15 days before scheduled arrival date to Egypt, cancellation fee of 75% will be charged for each participant.
  • If clients cancel less than 14 or less days before scheduled arrival date to Egypt, cancellation fee of 100% will be charged for each participant.

Changes by Egypt United Tours Services:

Our Company “Egypt United Tours Services” aim is to operate all tours as listed on our Website and any changes to the day itinerary could be for Any Force-major such as Nature Disasters or Bad weather which could cause Flight cancellation.

Travel Insurance:

The Client MUST take out suitable travel insurance in order to take part in a tour organized by our Company. Clients are wholly responsible for arranging their own insurance. A suitable insurance policy should provide adequate cover for medical expenses arising through illness or accident prior to or during the holiday and loss of holiday monies through cancellation and curtailment of the holiday for insurable reasons. Clients making their own travel insurance arrangements should ensure that there are no exclusion clauses limiting protection for the type of activities in their tour. Clients should satisfy themselves that any travel insurance arranged through on the go is what they require and should arrange supplementary insurance if need be.

Passports, Visas and Vaccinations:

Clients must ensure that they are aware of all relevant passport and visa requirements and that they allow adequate time to obtain them. Please note that Egypt requires that passports are valid for six months beyond the period of the Client’s stay. Requirements can change and it is the Clients’ responsibility to ensure that they comply with current passport, visa and health requirements and take all necessary documents with them to gain access to any country or region which forms part of the tour. The Client will be solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage which incurs as a result of a failure to obtain all necessary passports, visas.

Local Laws:

All participants in tours operated by Egypt United Tours Services are expected to obey Egypt Laws and Regulations.

Information We Collect From You

  1. All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
  2. The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:
• In response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases we reserve the right to raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.
• When we believe it is appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal or suspected illegal activities; to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of our company or this website, our customers, or others; and in connection with our Terms of Service and other agreements.

Other than as set out above, you will be notified when personal information about you will be shared with third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to have us share such information. We at Egypt United Tours services take your privacy and confidentiality very seriously. In no circumstances, other than those outlined above, will any of your personal information be shared with other entities or third-parties.

How we protect your information
Our goal is for you to feel confident using this website and the travel arrangements offered here and we are committed to protecting the information we collect in order to engender such confidence. While no website is completely secure, we have implemented the best measures available to us in order to protect the sensitive information that you provide us with administrative, electronic, and physical security measures. Only those employees that are managing your account will have access to your personal information and only when they are performing business functions where this information is necessary. We have employed MacAffee Security software to encrypt your information while transmitting your personal information within our system and to other necessary users of that information. This software also employs firewalls and intrusion detection systems to prevent any breakdowns in the security of this site or access to your information by unauthorized persons.

Illness or Disability:

Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition must declare the true nature of such condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment required during the tour. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these Booking Conditions and may result in such persons being excluded from the tour in which case all monies paid will be forfeited and our Company “Egypt United Tours Services” will not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever. If the chosen tour includes a cruise or excursion or transfer by boat of any sort the Client must make it known at the time of booking if he/she is unable to swim. This will not prevent the Client from participating in the tour but will enable our Company “Egypt United Tours Services”to take additional precautions for the Client’s safety at such times as may be appropriate.

Complaints:

If the Client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements made by our Company “Egypt United Tours Services”, the Client must bring it to the attention of the tour leader or other representative of our Company at the time so that they may use their reasonable endeavors to rectify the situation. Failure to complain at the time will affect the Client’s ability to claim compensation from our Company. Should the problem remain unsolved a complaint must be made in writing to our Company within a reasonable period of not more than (we suggest 3 months) after the completion of the tour. Should the parties fail to resolve the matter.

Egypt United Tours Services ‘s responsibilities:

The tours operated or supplied by our Company “Egypt United Tours Services” have been designed to provide participants with an exposure to the true nature of the environment visited and therefore involve an element of potential risk and exposure to potential hazards over and above those associated with normal ’package’ holidays. All bookings are accepted on the understanding that the Client appreciates such risks and hazards and that they undertake all tours at their own volition. If a Client participates in an activity not included as part of a tour operated by our Company, the Client (i) accepts all responsibility for taking part in such an activity, (ii) accepts that no further services will be provided by our Company (iii) indemnifies our Company against any and all claims related to such an activity. Where the Client suffers death, personal injury or any other loss whatsoever as a result of an activity forming part of the tour arrangements booked with our Company, our Company shall only accept responsibility if the death, personal injury or loss was caused by the negligent acts and/or omissions of our Company’s employees, officers, agents, suppliers. For the avoidance of doubt, our Company shall not be liable for such death, personal injury or any other loss suffered whatsoever if there has been no fault on the part of our Company or its partners, or if the cause was the fault of the Client (including without limiting the generality of the foregoing the Client’s participation in any activity/option not specifically detailed as included on the tour or operated directly by our Company) or due to the actions of someone unconnected with the tour arrangements or due to circumstances which neither our Company nor its partners could have reasonably anticipated or avoided. Our Company’s acceptance of liability to pay compensation pursuant to this paragraph 16 is limited, in the case of air travel, rail travel, sea travel or hotel accommodation, to the amounts set out in the provisions of, respectively, the Warsaw Convention 1929 (as amended by the Hague Protocol 1955), the Berne Convention 1961, the Geneva Convention 1973, the Athens Convention 1974 and the Paris Convention 1962. Our Company’s acceptance of liability under this paragraph 16 is subject to assignment by the Client to Our Company of the Client’s rights against any agent, partner of our Company which is in any way responsible for the unsatisfactory holiday arrangements or the Client’s death or personal injury.

International/domestic Flights:

Please note that a flight described as “direct” will not necessarily be non-stop. All departure/arrival times are provided by the airline concerned and are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational/maintenance requirements and the requirement for passengers to check in on time. Our Company “Egypt United Tours Services” is not liable if there is any change to a departure/arrival time previously given to the Client or shown on the Client’s ticket. Our Company is not responsible for any losses suffered if the Client is delayed and misses any flights – these matters are in the sole discretion of the airline concerned.

Departure Taxes:

It is not always possible to include all departure taxes on the Client’s ticket. In some cases departure taxes must be paid locally and these are payable to Egypt Government and are non-refundable.
